The organisation has numerous internal incentive drives to boost company morale, evolving into a major Innovators Drive with multiple components! They needed a central hub to house recorded sales workshops and distribute product knowledge. Sales teams earn a percentage if they hit their targets, which explains why Franki, always competitive, is on board.

HOW FRANKI MET DAVE

At the office party, Franki was letting loose a bit—she’s been under a lot of stress lately...

Dave knows Franki well and is collaborating with us on a sales hub to centralise all marketing materials. At the office party, Franki got a bit carried away on social media, tagging some inebriated colleagues. Susan, not exactly a Meta aficionado (she’s more into TikTok), struggled to clean up the “unprofessional” photos from the company feed. It was quite the fiasco—they definitely need some assistance.

Franki then turned to Dave for a solution to launch an internal platform for partner-related products, complete with various marketing collateral. With the company undergoing a “Digital Transformation Process,” she required video functionality for engaging, binge-worthy content. Dave needed to find an efficient way to create a centralised hub where Franki could access and share product and partner materials while on the go.

Franki found us through Dave—because, as we always say, we like Dave!

HOW FRANKI GOT FABULOUS

Franki was promoted to Head of Sales. However, she soon found herself in some HR-related trouble with Roger.

Apparently, Franki’s office romance didn’t stay under wraps and got her flagged on the new mental wellness app. When Roger calls for a meeting, it’s never just a chat—everyone knows he means business.

But, if anyone can handle a “situation-ship” like this, it’s Franki. She’s got the savvy to turn this situation around!

Franki won the internal drive, and let’s just say, she invested in a bit of Botox to celebrate—because why not look as fresh as her victory?
